This is a fantastic mod.
The story is the best i've ever seen in a modification for a computer game.
Also the atmosphere is fascinating. (e.g. the sounds short before the first encounter with the "Zombies" is thrilling)
Sure the graphics are outdated however the developers got some pretty cool eye candy out off this old engine and overall it still looks fine. The Level Design is well thought out and mostly linear which I think is perfectly for a good game experience.
my vote for the mod of the year goes to Paranoia.
