I'm writing more up on this later and I'll be selling copies of it for around $29.99.

Question here. I know WB rights to lord of the rings expires soon and Saul Zaentz owns the rights to the book version of it. So couldn't you just get rid or modify the art that looks like it was from the movie and go to Middle Earth Enterprises to get permissions to do this? I mean if Tolkien enterprises and iron crown enterprises are not throwing a fit about the use of MERP then I bet they would go for this....

Just a thought

"In 1976 Zaentz acquired certain rights in J. R. R. Tolkien's books of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. In 1978 he produced an animated version of The Lord of the Rings, written chiefly by Peter S. Beagle and directed by animator Ralph Bakshi. Through Middle-earth Enterprises, Saul Zaentz owns the worldwide film, stage, and merchandise rights to The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit." Wikipedia
