I really liked it because it introduced new elements like opening doors and new or multiplayer-only weapons. The Story, while not always super-logical, is well thought-out and the gameplay just feels good.
And for me, this is the best singleplayer mod i've seen for any game because it includes a good campaign and there generally aren't many singleplayer mods (for cod 4) out there.
