Grigor Stoyanovich was born just a bit too late to see the glory days of the USSR. His childhood was a hard one in the Russian Federation with back dark back alleys, abandonded warehouses and rough policemen. He was born into poverty as was many in the post Soviet Russia. He earned the nickname the 'Crocodile' after his ruthelessness in the Russian moffia. After a failed election Grigor began plotting for a coup to bring his dream of a new Russia, by garnering the support of the town of Vernozneh, Ukraine, Volgergrad and a secretive organization known only as 'Nod' he managed to take Moscow and oust the Russian Regeime on December 21st 2025. Due to the loss of many colonists and weapons because of the ring shaped installation's disapearance in 2015 Russia fell easily under Grigor's new rule. With the UN already in dissarray from the massive loss of weapons and men, the world was forced to simply watch as Grigor took over Siberia and cut out the remaining Russian loyalists. Novaya Russia was born.
After the victory parties subsided he and his generals began drawing up plans for capturing new territory in Europe. Ukraine, weary of lessons it had learned from the Soviet era, began forming Alliances with the western powers to help stop this new threat. During the battle of Kiev Grigor had managed to get into contact with a roboticist named Alexi Septimus who in return for being rescused and allowing him to help Grigor's army, provided him with his prototype first generation Cybers and his first prototype cyber the II-2. With the help of Alexi's machines Grigor was able to take over much of the European mainland and nuke London to ensure the English would never trouble his empire. After many campaigns in the Middle East and Africa Grigor knew his body would give out from age. Not even the best medical teniques could help him create an heir to his empire, he was sterile.
