Well, I'd say that you are missing a pack of something. It could be a problem with the gamemode.
Did you install the gamemode yourself, or did you download the plugin? Because often enough there will be errors if you do not download the plugin from a site such as garrysmod.org. I believe this is the Fallout mode? Well, I had errors with it, and this other mode with the purple checkered marks on stuff, but as soon as I downloaded the plugin and installed it, it worked perfectly fine.
