Does the spanish translation work for this one?

Hey. This mod works amazing in english and i wanted to make a spanish translation but i can't make it work. I tried everything from creating a spa folder in the gamedata/configs/text directory to switching files and paste them in the eng folder, change the in-game language etc. I would love to share the file with you so you can include it in your mod. If you're not interested in that, maybe you could just help me to make this work for me. Thanks in advance.
