First, install Half-Life 2 + each episode or mod that MMod supports.
Then, download MMod. Shut down Steam and extract the folders you need that are inside "PUT THESE INTO SOURCEMODS DIRECTORY" from MMod's zip to Steam\steamapps\sourcemods

Now start Steam and there you go.

Note: the folder "HL2MMod" is the main folder and it's neccesary for everything else.

Folders translation:
-HL2MMod: main folder, always neccesary
-HL2MMod_Cinematic_EP1: for Episode 1 + Cinematic Mod (Cinematic mod should be previously installed)
-HL2MMod_Cinematic_EP2: for Episode 2 + Cinematic Mod
-HL2MMod_Cinematic_HL2: for Half-Life 2 + Cinematic Mod
-HL2MMod_EP1: for Episode 1
-HL2MMod_EP2: for Episode 2
-HL2MMod_HL2: for main game, Half - Life 2 (vanilla, without the Update)
-HL2MMod_HL2U: for Half-Life 2: Update Version(the Update can be found at Steam Store)
-HL2MMod_LC: for Lost Coast
-HL2MMod_METASTASIS: for Minerva Metatastasis Mod (available on Steam too)

---------------------------
In MMod's zip you'll find "Extras!" folder, there are addons for the mod, the proper ironsights (for weapons) and perfomance fire (less demanding fire for increase FPS).
For install the addons paste them to "custom" folder at MMod's folders.
\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\HL2MMod_HL2\custom
\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\HL2MMod_EP1\custom
... and so on ..

It's "Aflame Dynamic Light" trying to simulate the floor lighting changes from flames, seems like it needs work, ye.

-Fire FPS Fix-

I found this for replace the demanding mmod fire for default hl2 fire.
Gamebanana.com
Extract the vpk and paste it at custom folder for each game, example: \sourcemods\HL2MMod_HL2\custom

I tested it (MMod + Cinematic mod) and I didn't find any issues

-Cinematic Mod + MMod character pimp fix-
I saw there are some people telling that you need to copy the entire models folder from \CM2013\hl2\custom\1_CM_looseFiles\ to \HL2MMod_Cinematic_HL2\custom\hl2

Actually I think there's no need to copy all, can be bad if you copy the weapons folder, just search for the models you want to replace.
I will share screenshots.
