The fact that Fall From Heaven 2 didn't get on to any list is a real disappointment especially as its the most popular mod for Civilization 4 by far with thousands of downloads. I suppose it just goes to show that most of the voters are basically fps players.
Project Reality does however deserve first place, as 0.85 is the best version yet in my opinion.
