I downloaded the file, but it came out as a windows media file? this file, when extracted can not replace the file it is supposed too.

I downloaded this file, but it comes out as a windows media file?
I watched his video but the file is not capable of replacing a different file, such as the pack file in Rome total war 2s data folder.
