For anyone who is having a problem locating the game browser make sure you first have got all the patches (which can be done through the control center by clicking "Check For Updates").
After the patches are done downloading and installing then you can install the mod through either the installer or (if that doesn't work) through the guide in the readme (right near the top).

Installing all the patches (or at least up to 1.09) fixes the "where the hell is the mods!?" problem ^^

I am currently having the same problem but I just realised I don't have any of the patches, I'll try downloading them all and get back to you on if it worked.
