Thanks for your comment but there is no Android support available for UDK licensees. ;( Only for full Unreal Engine 3 licensees.
The game runs at 30+FPS even on the lower end iOS devices just fine. There is a little bit of stretching for the UI elements on the iPad screen but I don't think the players notice it.

Well the Base can run out of food. Then your population dies/grows much slower. That pretty much equals a fail for the manager. ^^
