Hey there! If you wanted to keep the cave, I'd make the road stop a few meters away from the cave entrance and replace the rest with some kind of dirt path. I'd also add a few rocks around the mouth of the cave to add some variety (and if it was a human-made cave, it suggests they lugged them out to clear the way.)
