Well, that's strange, but I forced it to work finally.
When normally continuing game after Foy, when loading Noville map, it always failed. With patch 1.51, without, no matter. I even copied contents of "uo" directory form another installation on another computer. It won't help. The solution is very simple - open game, open console and type: map noville [enter]. Then game started without error, I managed to complete it until victory in Berlin.

And here I have a question, is it true that after Noville there are only standard CoD and CoDUO maps? Or have I missed some custom maps because of my "G_ModelIndex Overflow" error solution? ;)

Well, I have installed some other mods/maps to test them, but removed them all. Maybe other mods left some changes to original game files? I will try to reinstall game and try again.

Hello! Thanks for awesome mod! :) I think I can imagine, how much effort you put to develop this mod with all the new maps. Respect!

However, I have encountered a problem. After passing Foy map, the Noville map loading begins and stops almost immediately. The error message says something similar to "G_ModelIndex overflow". Do you know, how to solve this issue and continue playing? I have installed patch 1.51a and 1.51b, but no luck.
