I understand, but since modding isn't bringing any food to the table, i diverted my attention to the real work and make game assets that do reward me, and at the same time make a game from that too, i am a very poor guy so i need income.
So i don't think i will get back to modding any time soon.
i spend more then a year to make this mod.
i'm currently making my own game in Unity.
maybe someday, if Project Brazil is finished, i don't know yet.
You can only use it if you are a commercial studio, so i don't see the point in putting it on ModDB, you said special deal for indie licensing, but i see no indie deal on the Unigine website.
If you really want a big audience, try the Unity approach, it's clear that you want to make money, Unity makes tons of money with their Asset store, and everybody can enjoy their Technology, that is the way it should be..
you should post a screenshot of that particulair weather.
then i can tell you which one you should disable.
i'm definitely not going to post screenshots of each weather, just send me a pm with a screenshotlink.
no there isn't, but if you send me a PM i can give you a link to my Skydrive folder.
Bonus would be, that then you would also have my newest mods which i never released anywhere, and the FO3toFPS mod is quite awesome right now, transforms FO3 into a real shooter..
Then you could have disabled the clear weathers while you where there, i did not built this possibility in the mod for nothing.
Be a little inventive please instead of playing on with nice weather you do not want..
Personally i kinda dislike it when people do not think a bit.
I built in all these options because people asked me to, and now they're not using it..sigh..
oh like that, yeah Boris changed the ini files, with newer versions the ini files are split up into two different files, so the 216 ini files do not work correctly with the new wrapper, i can imagine that this could cause problems if you just paste the ini files and throw in the new wrapper.
i could send you the new ini files from my config, cause i use the new wrapper and adjusted the ini files for that.
send me a pm and i give you a download link for my current config.
i think something went wrong with installing the ENB, make sure that the ENB files arent in a directory but loose files in your Fallout install dir.
Also make sure that your regular gamesettings have the textures option set at Large.
It feels like you do not have the configuration files of the ENB at the right place, but i'm guessing here cause i never seen black skies.
never heard of a 4GB launcher with a d3d9.dll file, but if that is true, you'd have to set it up as proxy in the ENB initialization files to make it work in combination with ENB.
glad you like it.
damn, you ruined my perfect 10.
i will add a esm with more dust in the final version.
that is not possible, then you did not deactivate snow.
i checked and thourougly tested all scripts before releasing it, and there is no way that can happen, only in Jacobstown where it is supposed to snow.
check the menu again if you did it right.
Oh, by the way, there is a night brightness adjuster in the weather mod too, i forgot cause i don't use it, it allows you to set any brightness level you want, from pitch black to totally white.
just scour through the menu, and you can set the brightnes exactly how you want it.
Make sure your normal game brightness is OK before you set it.
by changing the brightness values for the night in the ENB ini file. Or alternately hit shift-enter in game and change the brightness there (in the ENB GUI), you can find it under [Environment]. Look for LightingIntensityNight, AmbientLightingIntensityNight.
Ambient works best cause there is almost no moon/sunlight in the night.
Thanks, the next version will be even better.
Busy with the update for Project Brazil i was, if you guys want to help us out, VOTE for Project Brazil for mod of the year.
Thanks if you do !
Busy with other stuff now, first need to finish up that.
the ENB he has now is the .237, i know cause the terrain shadows are good, something .232 doesn't do right.
Silent Hell is indeed Always bright.
That's how Yossarian once intended it to be, i thought i'd keep it like that cause it was a Nevada Skies feature, and i don't ever play with special moods myself so..
I might edit it in the last update, i still have 1 thing to correct, that is the raindrops that get stuck sometimes, i already have a good script for it in the newer version URWLNV.
So expect the SH weather to be normal in the final version.
i tried it too, but it doesn't look very good in the FO3 part, New Vegas is fine indeed, but FO3 not so much, but that is because i play with ENB, if you play without, it should be fine.
That being said, the weather in the FO3 part is not scripted, so there is no functionality there. you can ofcourse force weather there, but that's about all you can do there.
not here, shortly i will update the ENB version, so that it can be used without ENB too, then this version will be obsolete.
Yes i will update the version, when it no longer says BETA, it will probably be finished.
i have a lot of mods, but i'm not very good in modeling, i can only UV map pretty well. And then i only know Maya and 3DSMax.
Blender was too user unfriendly to learn for me when i tried it.
It only works with HDR.
The mod itself also works with bloom, but the ENB needs HDR.
And that's the way it should be played, i have not tested the mod itself with bloom, nobody plays with bloom anymore.
you're playing with the wrong version for that.
try this one.
you can enable and disable all weather types in the climate there.
you should ask this at the ENBSeries forums, i'm not an expert on ENB errors.
But from what you tell me it sounds like you have Anti Aliasing or Water Displacement enabled in the Fallout Settings app.
Disable those two.
Not in BETA stage.
If i'm ready i will make a merged esm for people who have the New Vegas Ultimate edition.
But doing that now would force me to make a merged esm every time i make a new version, and that is just too much unnecessary work, would cost me to much precious time.
you mean like this ?
there is no formid responsible for generating sandstorms, sandstorms are scripted, but the meshes and weather itself has a formid, it should be easy to find in FNVEdit if you check the mod.
If there is a conflict it should show orange or red.
maybe some other mod, i don't know, it should be working.
every asset is packed in the BSA and the storms are all unique references, so it can't be that you are missing things and the esm should be able to find the storm meshes.
it's mighty strange i must say,it can only go wrong if you have a mod that is conflicting with this one.
