Someone called me an *******, and i replied with, people that say that are usually themselves what they acuse me of, and that got me banned, and the other user wasn't banned, while he was the one doing the dirty work.
never combine multiple weather mods, you will get unintended results.
always use just one.
you need some scripting knowledge for that, i will incoorporate a option for it in the next versions.
However, there is a new weather mod coming, that has partial overcast clouds, and when the sun crosses a gap in the clouds, it will shine through with god rays, if you use the included ENB that is. I'm going to call it Perfect Weather and you can find it here too. Also, the clouds will be full colour, as in very realistic.
bad texturework there, i myself would have redone them all, rezising and touching up textures is a no go, a horrible decision, but what do you expect from a company like Gearbox..
that's intentional, it is overcast weather, thick clouds don't let sun through normally.

but i'm not working on this particulair mod anymore, Weather for ENB is now the successor of this mod, it can be used without ENB too, i will add radioactive rain too that mod.

I understand, but since modding isn't bringing any food to the table, i diverted my attention to the real work and make game assets that do reward me, and at the same time make a game from that too, i am a very poor guy so i need income.
So i don't think i will get back to modding any time soon.

maybe someday, if Project Brazil is finished, i don't know yet.
You can only use it if you are a commercial studio, so i don't see the point in putting it on ModDB, you said special deal for indie licensing, but i see no indie deal on the Unigine website.
If you really want a big audience, try the Unity approach, it's clear that you want to make money, Unity makes tons of money with their Asset store, and everybody can enjoy their Technology, that is the way it should be..
you should post a screenshot of that particulair weather.

Bonus would be, that then you would also have my newest mods which i never released anywhere, and the FO3toFPS mod is quite awesome right now, transforms FO3 into a real shooter..
Then you could have disabled the clear weathers while you where there, i did not built this possibility in the mod for nothing.
Be a little inventive please instead of playing on with nice weather you do not want..
Personally i kinda dislike it when people do not think a bit.
I built in all these options because people asked me to, and now they're not using it..sigh..
i think something went wrong with installing the ENB, make sure that the ENB files arent in a directory but loose files in your Fallout install dir.
Also make sure that your regular gamesettings have the textures option set at Large.
It feels like you do not have the configuration files of the ENB at the right place, but i'm guessing here cause i never seen black skies.

that is not possible, then you did not deactivate snow.
i checked and thourougly tested all scripts before releasing it, and there is no way that can happen, only in Jacobstown where it is supposed to snow.
check the menu again if you did it right.
Oh, by the way, there is a night brightness adjuster in the weather mod too, i forgot cause i don't use it, it allows you to set any brightness level you want, from pitch black to totally white.
just scour through the menu, and you can set the brightnes exactly how you want it.
Make sure your normal game brightness is OK before you set it.
by changing the brightness values for the night in the ENB ini file. Or alternately hit shift-enter in game and change the brightness there (in the ENB GUI), you can find it under [Environment]. Look for LightingIntensityNight, AmbientLightingIntensityNight.
Ambient works best cause there is almost no moon/sunlight in the night.

the ENB he has now is the .237, i know cause the terrain shadows are good, something .232 doesn't do right.

That's how Yossarian once intended it to be, i thought i'd keep it like that cause it was a Nevada Skies feature, and i don't ever play with special moods myself so..
I might edit it in the last update, i still have 1 thing to correct, that is the raindrops that get stuck sometimes, i already have a good script for it in the newer version URWLNV.
So expect the SH weather to be normal in the final version.

Yes i will update the version, when it no longer says BETA, it will probably be finished.
i have a lot of mods, but i'm not very good in modeling, i can only UV map pretty well. And then i only know Maya and 3DSMax.
Blender was too user unfriendly to learn for me when i tried it.
It only works with HDR.
The mod itself also works with bloom, but the ENB needs HDR.
And that's the way it should be played, i have not tested the mod itself with bloom, nobody plays with bloom anymore.
