I do have a plugin for that since a fe weeks if you're interested.
right on, enjoy !
Update v1.1 posted, redownload the mod.
Rubblepiles fixed, grassmeshes added.
rubblepilesfix.esp no longer needed.
Main mod is updated and fixed, added fixed rubblepiles and grass meshes, redownload and overwrite the old files and you should be good to go.
No ofcourse it's not compatible with other weather mods, weather mods are per definition NOT compatible with eachother.
And yes it is compatible with Imagespace FX mods.
hmm, don't want to be an ***, but i see no clouds, only mist ?
The skyboxes in STALKER is what made it look outstanding for it's time, and i only see mist and fog here ?
And the sun is like razorsharp, doesn't look very good imo..sorry..
And I don't have a HH overhaul, i'm still making it actually, you can see some screenshots if you look at my screenies at the New Vegas Nexus.
FO3 is my favorite too, by far.
i don't know what a jailbroken PS3 is, but as far as i know mods are not possible on a PS3, and on PC you can indeed choose only one weather and lock it indefinitely.
"expect some issues"
Yeah my game stopped working alltogether, couldn't even start it anymore..
So i just downloaded a pirated copy, and that works ok.
Bethesda should actually be busy with fixing the millions of game breaking bugs that are still left in Fallout 4.
this mod is scripted to give you full control over the weather and climates, other mods don't do that. Also, i don't like the way other modders rework the weather, i have observed real weather for years, and tried to incoorporate that what i learned in my mod.
Others usually just edit the colors and imagespaces in a way that they like, even when they call it realistic.
With ENB the imagespacemodifiers do nothing.
So those filters are only interesting if you play without ENB.
But realistic will give more sunlight, and desaturate will desature the entire screen 20%.
When ENB is active, Imagespace modifiers only work marginally, this is a sideeffect of ENB, can't do any thing about that, brightness functions and any other function that alter Imagespacemodifiers only work as intended Without ENB.
this mod is no longer being developed, use the ENB version, it can be used without ENB too.
news on what ?
However, there is a new weather mod coming, that has partial overcast clouds, and when the sun crosses a gap in the clouds, it will shine through with god rays, if you use the included ENB that is. I'm going to call it Perfect Weather and you can find it here too. Also, the clouds will be full colour, as in very realistic.
bad texturework there, i myself would have redone them all, rezising and touching up textures is a no go, a horrible decision, but what do you expect from a company like Gearbox..
that's intentional, it is overcast weather, thick clouds don't let sun through normally.
Thanks, yes it is fully compatible, i play with Fallout Street Lights myself.
ofcourse that can be done.
but i'm not working on this particulair mod anymore, Weather for ENB is now the successor of this mod, it can be used without ENB too, i will add radioactive rain too that mod.
You're welcome Brigand.
I understand, but since modding isn't bringing any food to the table, i diverted my attention to the real work and make game assets that do reward me, and at the same time make a game from that too, i am a very poor guy so i need income.
So i don't think i will get back to modding any time soon.
i spend more then a year to make this mod.
i'm currently making my own game in Unity.
maybe someday, if Project Brazil is finished, i don't know yet.
You can only use it if you are a commercial studio, so i don't see the point in putting it on ModDB, you said special deal for indie licensing, but i see no indie deal on the Unigine website.
If you really want a big audience, try the Unity approach, it's clear that you want to make money, Unity makes tons of money with their Asset store, and everybody can enjoy their Technology, that is the way it should be..
you should post a screenshot of that particulair weather.
then i can tell you which one you should disable.
i'm definitely not going to post screenshots of each weather, just send me a pm with a screenshotlink.
Then you could have disabled the clear weathers while you where there, i did not built this possibility in the mod for nothing.
Be a little inventive please instead of playing on with nice weather you do not want..
Personally i kinda dislike it when people do not think a bit.
I built in all these options because people asked me to, and now they're not using it..sigh..
i think something went wrong with installing the ENB, make sure that the ENB files arent in a directory but loose files in your Fallout install dir.
Also make sure that your regular gamesettings have the textures option set at Large.
It feels like you do not have the configuration files of the ENB at the right place, but i'm guessing here cause i never seen black skies.
i will add a esm with more dust in the final version.
that is not possible, then you did not deactivate snow.
i checked and thourougly tested all scripts before releasing it, and there is no way that can happen, only in Jacobstown where it is supposed to snow.
check the menu again if you did it right.
Oh, by the way, there is a night brightness adjuster in the weather mod too, i forgot cause i don't use it, it allows you to set any brightness level you want, from pitch black to totally white.
just scour through the menu, and you can set the brightnes exactly how you want it.
Make sure your normal game brightness is OK before you set it.
