When I click start mod it says I don't have a file called boot.pack and that it is essential to the game. Can someone provide info on it?

Hello Mitch!
From what I've seen the mod is fantastic and I can't wait to use it-except for one problem. When I downloaded 5.1 and the 5.1.4 patch, and I tried to unzip the 5.1 file, it said that there were no files in the folder! I know that my computer has worked with other NTW mods in the past and I know that they can work together, but it seems strange that my computer seems to have downloaded about 900 megabytes of nothing! If you could give me any feedback on this problem, it would be greatly appreciated. Can't wait to play it!
