That's what the author said when he had problems with uploading it. That's when he delayed the mod for another 4 days, trust me. Doesn't matter how big the mod is, it will not uplod that long.

Btw. The author was supposed to upload the mod a few days ago and give the link to it now. Not the opposite.

"shine at the relase date" I don't think you get what we are complaining about, the release date is now delayed for the 6th time. So we don't know when will the mod be actually released. Pozdrawiam,

In description it sais Episodes From Liberty City, it never was confirmed officialy that It wouldn't work on GTA IV. The city files are the same in both games so maybe it will work, you just need to have faith! :)
