I have no idea why is this project so difficult for programmers to suffer with it for more than five years. Furthermore, there's a trustworthy base, which is Mafia Multiplayer Racing mod, the racing mod and Mafia(!) already contain the multiplayer engine. Their only goal is to make possible that the player can get out of the car, the traffic has lower priority...
