Correction: Only objects from normal San Andreas are allowed. Cutscene.IMG objects and SAMP objects crash if you are playing a mission that needs it without installing the SAMP addon mod and the creator doesn't say that it needs it.

You can use this website to search for objects beyond standard DYOM, just be mindful that you need to have DYOM# installed to be able to use the search feature ingame whilst mission designing (which can be used by pressing tab then typing the id you want, then pressing either y or n interchangeably to select the object): Dev.prineside.com

However, be careful, if you see any SAMP labels or the samp logo on the object's page, or just simply the cutscene.img tag then go back and choose another object, because these are prohibited!

Strangely enough it didn't happen so far. Maybe crediting the soundtracks solved this upcoming issue? We'll see.
