1. Verify You GMod Game Integrity
2. Completely Re-install GMod
3. Make Sure All of You Valve Are Complete (Verify The Games Integrity of Each Valve Game)

Do Not Ask Questions Here As This GMod Is Outdated And Is No Longer Being Updated, GMod 13 Is The Latest Version And Is Only Available From Steam.
