Hey there :D! Ah, I've saw around that your anti-virus can sometimes detect TextMod as a threat. It's just a false positive (I believe that TextMod is a injector? That's why), but try to run again with your anti-virus disabled, see if works :)!

Oh hello :D! First of all, thank you a LOT for all that work! I'm going to play ME for the very first time and I'm still downloading the pack, but I've been following (a.k.a: lurking) the forums and I'm amazed on those improvements! My jaw drops at every new image, haha!
Just found out a (maybe) good hint for who have problems with the download: Use another browser, clear your caches! I can't download with the one I'm using now but a sparkle made me go for other browser and... voilá! Problem solved!
