For anyone who doesn't have the game appear after extraction & a restart, if you use multiple disks then try unpacking the mod to where Steam is installed.
I have a second SSD for games, but Steam is installed on my main/Windows one. Uprising wouldn't appear while living in the former, but did after being moved to the latter.
