I have a problem.Somehow somewhere i killed one of the Clear Sky guys and now some of them in the Swamp are hostile to me.The exact problem is that on of the hostiles is Librarian and i need to speak with him.The repotation is -637 (yellow).Is there a way to reset them to be neutral or friendlly to me.I look at all relation .ltx files and .script files but don't know what to change.Also downloaded the Dynamic Faction Relations and the numbers in the the files in the game folders and the ones from the .rar are the same .I don't know what to do. tried do jobs for the neutral ones but they return to the base when i complete the job and the hostile ones start shoting at mewhen i aproach the gate.

I try to full upgrade the military and duty exso like in the description photo but it i dont let me.The upgrade tree is like in the normal game.
