I assume that it is compatible with theta and he has stated that this will only work for versions eta and above :). Could be wrong but it seems wierd that it would work for only one version only if the newest one is not a extreme rework of the mod's mechanics or something like that.

If you are using a old version of the mod with throne room and did not configure ais in the throne rooms personalities are randomized.
Please install newest patch and delete ai3 folder in my games and add a file to the ai3 folder for the game

go to wotta page and read the patch forum where that question was answered: in short you need to go to the aoe3 folder in "my games" and deleting the ai3 folder

you can always change the hc# and number of cards you have in the that particular homecity file if you wanted more cards

kikematamitos already found that issue and that will be fixed in the next patch or will be added to the patch download for this one.

Personally I will be going to school for computer science soon and if i had the skills atm I would do something about it since i have the time to put into it. It is a good mod and in its current state too many of the long standing "enemy" mods mock and laugh at the unpatched mod and its players. Most of the time I do not feel like the mod is unbalanced in some areas. What I am still confused about is what will happen to the mod post patch.

bin folder is inside aoe3 folder and if it is not there look in data folder to see if it is there

its in the sound folder that is inside the bin folder
