Basically Bill S.978 makes it illegal to post videos of copyrighted material over the internet. It sounds good But. This could have a huge impact on the indie and ie mod community. I am sure indie developers love it when you see a review of your game on youtube, if Bill S.978 gets passed that will be illegal unless you pay 100s to fill in a forum to make it legal. For modders, if you are modding a game that dose not have spacial permission to bypass this bill it will be illegal to promote or advertise your mod, this includes youtube, videos, pictures. I think Bill S.978 should be rejected and to protest against it I am adding "Death To Bill S.978 to my signature. WHO'S WITH ME! to protest against this bill add "Death To Bill S.978" to your sig.
