This is by far the best Civilization 4 mod that has been made. Theonly downside is that my system is not top of the line(nor was it top of the line 3 years ago) so it runs a little slow. Though considering the massive size, complete reworking of nearly aspect of the game, new models, the game runs beautifully. The entire dev staff deserves a pat on the back and hopefully an invite for a real job in the game dev industry. Having this mod in your portfolio would in my eyes, be a huge asset in landing a job in the gaming industry. Perhaps one day your team should consider starting your own project. A new game of your own design. Unity 3d and UDK 4 are both high quality engines I could see your team using to make a fortune for yourselves and bring weeks upon weeks of fun to your loyal followers.
