Overated when i click it when adding it it shows a giant x and says iam missing files

OverRated im having probs i keep downloading different mirrors none of them work i drag them on to desk top and then they turn to NSIS files and i downloaded avg antivires to see if i could fix it and it didnt appear as a NSIS ubtil i dragged it onto mah desktop then its say corrupt folder when i find it and try to add it to mah mods in mod manager any solutions beside manuel

HELP HELPDY HELP! I screwed up big i right clicked on the scd folder and it turned into an winrar circle when ever i click on it it turns into winrar installation i already have winrar i did this because it wasnt woorking with cerus mod manager and now when ever i download it again it still appears as a winrar installation
