When I update to the new version I'll make sure there are no descriptor issues.

There are ways, but yes it is challenging. It will be changing in the next patch however.
They won't get their own custom ships but intend to give them a generic star wars set at least. I intend to add music to the next patch.
The smuggler mechanic is an interesting one, I wonder if it's possible to add the ability to increase "policing" somehow without having to declare was on the pirates. Another mod called Imperial Routine allows sectors to have fleets, so I wonder if it could be possible to have an "interior" security fleet managed by the ai that just patrols your space and targets pirates, smugglers and other non-friendly mobs.
Just read through the trilogy again, so was inspired.
It was more filler, I had never heard the name until I found that quote. I'll likely replace it with Chancellor.
Not yet, from the looks of it the devs are going to add it in themselves.
Oh my mistake, hadn't realised I forgot to fix the descriptor. I'll upload a fixed version in a day or two. Thanks to those that helped the others out on getting it fixed.
You no longer need it.
Instructions are in the file description.
Try redownloading it, I think I found the issue.
I've just reupdated the mod, due to some issues with the Ethics mod, so now all factions are with vanilla ethics. You should have no issues running it by itself now, you do not need to have any other mods downloaded for it to work.
We'd be more than happy to get a spanish localisation for our spanish players!
Yes, though we're leaning on making it a Fallen Empire/End Game crisis, I know quite a few people have expressed wanting to actually play as them.
Of course, for the moment we've been focusing on the foundations of the mod's content. I'm hoping we can at the very least get a couple of small ones in next update.
I might have chosen the wrong skin to preview, they have mostly chalk white skin with the blueish as a variation.
I've updated the file, I think there was an issue with the descriptor causing problems. I also provided an image on how your folder should look, hopefully this helps.
Make sure the descriptor is outside the SWGD mod folder.
You should have a folder in C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\ called "Mod". In here, place the mod folder and the descriptor file separately and it should appear in the mods list when you startup the game.
Odd, what's the exact error?
What part of it is giving you issues?
If you can't subscribe to the mod on Steam, simply extract the contents of the .zip into your C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod
