Correction. They did include the English version of the mod in the 115 download.

The download in 115 is in Chinese. It may appear as ??? in the English edition of Homeworld 2.

Though it says it's in progress, this version works just like a final version. Three new races with all new models, fancy effects, two new game modes, etc, etc. Only it's in Chinese, so with the English edition of Homeworld 2, it may not be able to display the text. Anyway, it's still awesome and epic.
