So my computer had to go to the shop since the motherboard got randomly fried and needed a replacement, obviously. Two weeks went by before I got my laptop back and once I got it back I went straight to work, typing out a rough draft of a short story I've been meaning to finish since I graduated college. That was a year ago. And as I looked through my email and checked all the accounts I made over the years I rediscovered this blog which I promised I'd update every month since I made the damn thing.

Here I am making a new post after two years of inactivity. Screw that! Now that I know this blog exists again and there are opportunities here to look for freelance work both paid and unpaid I'm going to make a more concerted effort to continue writing anywhere I can. Since this site is game related I will focus on game related content whether they be opinion pieces or just random thoughts on gaming. Let's see what happens.

It would be the coolest thing ever if I could produce my own game. Unfortunately, I don't have any technical or artistic skills besides creative writing. I could write stories and dialogue but the big demand aims toward programmers, artists, musicians and designers. Project management is another possibility but I'm not the most organized individual. In the end, my strength lies in writing but a video game project requires a wide spectrum of abilities that produce a multimedia project like video games. I'll look around for any gaming opportunities but I understand that there is more to game design than writing. Wish me luck.
