my mod isn't loading. what might had happened?

Acre becames part of Brazil only in 1903, before this it was part of Bolivia. The two countries almost started a war to contest the territory, so an event with those options would fit very good.

Ok that's very strange: I'm playing as Germany and had almost a hundred divisions fighting a Dunkirk-like pocket of American and Japanese divisions in Italy. They had almost 7 divisions, but they sound as strong as, maybe, 3 Soviet Unions? Or 5 Nazi Germanies? lol Even with this massive numbers I've lost almost 1M manpower trying to defeat and I'm actually loosing the offensive.
Other thing I think is unbalanced: I've go to war, and as I'm defeating the Russians, in the West I could barely defeat Luxembourg and did not advanced a single mile after that. After I defeated Russia I pulled in the troops on the other front to help in France and Italy. With 90 more divisions, and plus 100 divisions from Austria, I was incapable to advance even a mile in the two fronts. I have 110 divisions fighting 40 on the border with Belgium, and nothing happened (!!!). I got so furious of it, that I turned to France, Belgium and Italy and deleted many of their divisions. But, surprisingly, a week later they appeared with A HUNDRED more divisions. I think even if you deploy your lines before completing training it is almost impossible!
I'm doing something wrong here?
