I think I solved my own problem. I was using Diablo version 1.14d instead of 1.13c.

Hello, I am new to modding D2, but as I have played the game to completion (on most characters) i'd like to try something new.

The installation had some hiccups for me but the main issue I seem to have is the stash does not actually have more space (despite the background graphic) and the potions don't stack.

My command line reads as:

"D:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo II\PlugY.exe" -Direct -Txt

I am using the " Diablo II SP Enhancement Mod v1.6 + PlugY Unity " shortcut that came with installation.
