If anything i'd give it a 11/10 considering all the work the Anomaly devs and the developers of the mods it is based off had to do, specially with the horrendous engine Stalker built on.
Anomaly is the culmination of the Stalker modding community and for being a free game/mod it outright shames full release AAA games, even with all the bugs and issues.
