Kwerpi

The Resplendent Eagles Squadron traces back its lineage to the the early 2100s when the flight-capable humanoid armor was crude and its use in warfare was experimental at best. The squadron began as the lead squadron from the 1st Experimental Fighter Wing. The commander of the squadron, whose name has since been lost, bore the Eagle One call sign. He, or she, was KIA in the first full scale engagement in 2174. In honour of this commander, Eagle One is no longer used as the squad leader's call sign.
