hey i just installed this mod but it errors and exits after it says
"GTA vice san" why is that?

WHEN I INSTALL IT IT SAYS
D3DX_32.DLL NOT FOUND HOW DO I FIX THAT
I DID NOT HAVE THAT PROBLEM BEFORE I INSTALLED THIS MOD
AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG ABOUT MY DIRECTX
