Do you know when your website for Vice city/Hill Valley will be open again for new register. I would like to be a member but cant register. Read that you closed it cos of an 12 year old annoying member.

Anyone having sound problem on Hill valley? Ihave the latest updates end downloads, but still I have a scratcing sounds allmost all the time, but it is worse when I fly the Time machine 2.
Any one know how to fix it??????
