Can somebody help me?

So I'm having a serious issue. I've downloaded the latest version, and every time I click on "New Game", it loads for a bit, then prompts "Node Graph Out Of Date. Rebuilding..." then crashes to desktop. And it does this every time. I've tried deleting it from my sourcemods folder, redownloading, and reinstalling. I've even tried the hotfix patch,still didn't work.
