Incredible attention to detail, wonderful commitment to the lore, and almost insanely vast in scope. From the character models and models (which evoke memories of Mark of Chaos ;) )to the menus themselves, this is better and beyond the base game, and I note humourously that that unlike CA the mod team knows how rams should work.

I really cannot find fault with this mod. It's mostly well-balanced (though as usual the A.I. cheats...), and the amount of work put into it is just astounding. In addition, it effectively captures the LoTR atmosphere (helped not a little by the music and video clips). Also, special mention has to be given to the battle maps specially crafted for some of the more memorable locations (such as Minas Tirith and Osgiliath). A perfect mod, really.
