you need to go into your steam and click library under library click tool and download Source: SDK and all the other source sdk files..that will allow you to launch the game, I figured that part out..but what i can't figure out is how to play it without the game lagging...its not connection based nor is it my computer...it's the game and its only laggy when i turn
