Installation:
Download Scramble v.12
Download Submod
Replace original mod files with provided submod files.
Tick in mod manager as usually.

By Izzis permission some of the his great MP-mode assets are now integrated to MoH. Mainly helmets, other headgear and uniforms. So some of the units look much better now.
New units for British faction in campaign roughly:
German late Colonial infantry and 3rd Seebataillon
Finnish Guard jager&infantry; and line infantry&jagers;, with semi-fictional uniforms, Public space--Hotel chain.
American 69th Infantry (Irish Brigade)
8th Missouri Zoauves
American late Colonial Infantry
American 16th Infantry Rgt.
British Royal Surrey Regiment

Because of my still low modding skills, those already existing units have been changed to British one. This submod started as personal edit for Total Fots british faction and campaign, so it is oriented to that way. And as myself play 99% campaign. For Custom battles I recommend to use Izzi's MP_mode. :) I think that and Scramble can co-exist in data folder. Just change in mod manager which you want to play.

These is now roughly four Tiers of unit progression
Tier 1 = OG Tier 1
Tier 2 = 1860s
Tier 3 = Zulu war
Tier 4 = Sudanese War
Lot of Foreign units available for British, most of them with revamped uniforms
Imperial Japanese units for Brits. With some revamped uniforms
Units dispersed along the building chains and researchs. Some tier 1 units will disapper when you progress.
Tried to make Korean and Chinese factions more aggressive and Europeans more passive
Changes in 2.4:
Barracks tier 5 are again usable. After researching necessary tech, they give access to
Kitcheners Sudanese Expedition forces (Battle of Omdurman etc)!! So khaki and fast firing rifles.
But beware, you lose most of the previous recruitable units, so I advice to build barracks tier 5s only to few settlements.
Added some American units to British faction, available from Public space--> Hotel chain.
Added more German units for British
Added more Japanese units for British
Added many British units to game, some fictional, mostly tried to base them to some historical units.
All these with revamped uniforms.
Spanish, Portuguese, Belgian and French Mexican custom battle factions units are now mostly converted to british units. So feel free to check the units in custom battle
before diving into campaign.
Also some recruitment tuning
Tried to lessen AIs agent spam
Generals have more movement points. So you can field fast moving armies with cavalry, mounted infantry and horse artillery.
Tried to make Wooden steamers to explode more rarely.
Cons:
Units card are still missing or not changed. Same goes to units voices and officers&standard; bearers. 🙁

Because I started editing for v.12 and too much work to implement them to 12.2. But I have fixed most of the problems with units anyway
Sorry, beoynd my skills and energy. So submod will be british faction only. Some German units will come in final version.

Actually, after 40 turn Ai is giving me good run. I think it is matter of economics when Ai starts to wage war really. They need time to gather forces.

Try to destroy Scotland and Zaporachs as fast as possible, like in less than 10 turns. I use saveparser to cheat on money to get full army fast. And do the all other tricks mentioned in this forum, also use WALI launcher to start the game.
With these I have been able to get stable 20+ turns in Early and Late campaign.
New game, Early campaign as british. Eliminated Zaporohs and Scotland quick as I could. Still crash at turn 20 after Ais turn. Please fix, your mod it is so awesome but at this stage with all random ctd, unenjoyable.
Sadly all the cheats are behind paying.
I myself edited save with saveparser to have enough funds to field army for quicly destroy scotland and Zaporachs. With Zaporachs it seems you have atleast 20 turns time but scotland starts to cause ctds less than 5 turns time.
Please remove scotland and Zparochian host, they give CTDS all the time.
Zaporochian host crashes the game around turn 51-52. Also Ottoman Empire causes huge lag during their turns, around 5 minutes.
