I have run into an odd issue I'm not used to since version 2.04 The head of research for the Empire is missing when playing the Equal Footing Campaign. Should I not even play in that Campaign? He shows up just fine under the other Campaign.
Also the new space techcentre I and II I built but they did nothing and I still cannot build smaller ships other than the patrol ship. I can build the VSD and ISD of course from Kuat but that's it.
What am I doing wrong?
