Splash Damage Creating: Dirty Bomb

This is a separate game, but inspiration comes from the Brink

A few months ago announced Splash Damage a new game called Dirty Bomb. Dirty Bomb will be a first person shooter with a fast-paced, futuristic feel. It's not been much info about the game yet, but the developers have talked through a new system called Echo, and gameplay video has come out.

Echo system is a simple system that will shape the game more after the players' needs. One of the maps shown in Alpha is Waterfloo. The path is mission driven, much like Brink. The Echo so they can see how most people die, the average kill-death-ratio and which weapon is dominant.

As you look at the very similar game Brink, but the game is more focused on weapons and maps than parkour. The game also seems to have a strong focus on the user interface.

The game was in alpha for a year ago but not much has happened since then. If there is any big news about the game soon is uncertain. The game is in closed beta mode now, and it costs $120 to enter.

The game developed by Splash Damage and published by Warchest.
The game comes to the PC. Release date is not known yet.
