New games are coming update 01/07/12


Spec Ops: The Line


Yager Development and 2K Games released this week, "Spec Ops: The Line." The game a third person shooter with a special focus on character development and action. Set to a sand coated Dubai, the game follows three elite soldiers who have the task of finding the missing Colonel Konrad. Watch the latest developer diary, as well as the launch trailer from the game below.


"Spec Ops: The Line" was released this week and is available to Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC.

Warframe


Digital Extremes released "Darkness II" a little earlier this year. It will not however say that they have been lazy. This week they revealed because his next title, called "Warframe." So far very little is known about the game, but there is no doubt that there is a potential here. See the unveiling video below.


"Warframe" has no release date yet and the game is, so far only announced for PC.


Planetside 2




Although this year's E3 is now a few weeks behind us, it will not however say that we have gotten us everything. Among the many missed out, we find a presentation of "Planetside 2". The presentation is a little dry, but it shares brotherly with information about the game's systems. See the presentation video below.


"Planetside 2" is currently no release date. The game is only for PC.

The Amazing Spider-Man


Beenox and Activision released this week, "The Amazing Spider-Man," based on this summer's upcoming blockbuster movie of the same name. The game is certainly set for the film's action and the film is a little over a week from the big screen. Some, myself included, may postpone the game until they have seen the film. While we wait, we can however check out the latest developer diary from the game, which can be seen below.


"The Amazing Spider-Man" was released this week and is available to Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 There are also special versions for Wii, DS and 3DS, while a PC version is expected Aug. 10.

Dead or Alive 5


"Dead or Alive" series' fast gameplay and dynamic combat, not to mention the scantily clad women, has long been a favorite among many fighting game fans. Nevertheless, there have been some years since we've seen much of the series. In other words, the time that Team Ninja and Tecmo Koei finally will release "Dead or Alive 5." This week they revealed one of the game's new characters, a tae kwon do athlete only called Rig. See the Rigs debut trailer below.


"Dead or Alive 5" has release date of September 25, 2012. The game comes to Xbox 360 and Playstation 3

The Walking Dead - Episode 2


It was probably a Sunday tapas at an end and I hope it was something that appealed to most people. This time I choose to end with the launch trailer for the second episode of Telltale Games' The Walking Dead. "The trailer can certainly be seen below.


"The Walking Dead - Episode 2" was released this week and is available to Xbox 360, Playstation 3, PC and Mac.

I was highly interested into spec ops the line. Tried the demo out and well... its a standard 3rd person shooter. It does play great and the vissuals are stunning and run smooth but I got 3rd person shooters which are 10 years old and offer the same or more gameplay.

Well I'll be getting it in a few months when its dirt cheap. A 5 hour campaign and 6 small MP maps just aren't all that exciting.
