You can only validate your game files on steam for now. That will uninstall the mod. The next version comes with an uninstaller though.
The T-80 line will come for Ukraine eventually.

You just run the installer. For uninstalling, verify the game's integrity on Steam.

Are you sure it was the right folder? Which one exactly was it?
Also, are you playing on Windows?

Are you playing on Windows? And have you set your game to English? You should try to verify the game files and install v0.1.21 again

You need the newest version of Red Dragon. You download the newest version of Crimean Escalation (now v0.1.13), unzip it and run the installer.

You have to repair the game Files via steam.
