TimeS, two more very minor notes about the editor. Not critical, but still would be better to fix those.
1) Editor text input sections (dialogue, briefing) do not support colon or semicolon symbol input, it doesn't cause error, rather the button just does nothing.
2) While you did fix lowercase "w" on the HUD, lowercase "x" is now showing up as "w". (Like "Ewit point" instead of "Exit point").

On the subjet of mission editor. TimeS, the editor really need the "Unit is dead" trigger. "Unit: HP" is not always working right.

I really hoped that plane would be in this update.
Enjoying the update so far. By the way, I think special test-purpose explosion effects were not turned off. There are red-light effects when missile hits the water.
Also, I remember you mentioning "Su-27SM3(with the jammer pods in the wing tips)" was it moved to the next update?
That is not true.
Xpand has also made models of XF-108 and Il-76 for VTRP project.

This is a known bug IIRC, and the developers have been notified of it.
You can try editing mission file manually with a text editor (I recommend Notepad++). Although, I don't know how that works with voicepacks.
Update on on Silent Flanker situation:

Not sure if it's latest update's issue or not, but hostile aircraft seem to ignore me and other friendly fighters if there are friendly SAM\AAA around.
Even if their NPC mission has "Fighters" or "Aircraft" set as target priority.
Also, found another editor bug. After launching mission\exiting editor Condition limter resets to "1".
TimeS, I've got a question about the new "Squad" field (Page 3 unit properties\Player B) in the editor. Is it a placeholder? I can't find a way to link units to the squad.
This pack concluded my plans for Zipang. It is, however, entirely possible to make a grey unmarked skin for F-14A+ on your own, using the existing files, as the colors and 95% of mapping are the same.
I will start working on the Knights of Roynd table, once all their planes are added, so I can release them as a single package.
Give me the decals, and I'll make it. :)

The game doesn't have a way to make AIs ignore player's stealt now, but you're considering adding hat option, right?
Also, by "targeting player" I meant that it doesn't have to be tied to ingoring player stealth, bt rather the NPC mission for enemy ace squadons, so that they would target player, specifically, even when there are other friendly units present. (Alternately, it could be realised trough adding "player" target priority setting for "Destory enemies" mission).
TimeS, I've got a question.
I'm making a mission that have two stealth aircraft face each other. Is there any way I can make enemy AI ace ignore my (player's) stealth capabilities? Too much cheance of losing track of each other, otherwise.
Also, I think editor would benefit from NPC mission "pursue player" (or "pursue specific unit" with "player" as subsetting), that would make enemy go after the player, while ignoring other friendly units.
Actually, I believe, they based it on T-10M (T-10M-1, to be precise), which is also been known as Su-35 at the time.
MiG-29UB challenge appears to be broken. It doesn't end after all F-15 ACTIVE's are gone.
Note 1: Since F-15 ACTIVE avoids close combat my only viable tactics of dealing with them was to force them to crash into mountains, while chasing me. Than may be the reason.
Note 2: REALLY need to have mission bordedrs visible on normal radar. Failed challenge the first time because the bastard ran from the map. Also, it'd be very convinient if enemy missiles radar signaures showed up above enemy signatures.

F-22: Ulnock two of three (F-15C, XST, F-117A).
Press F11 in the challenge menu, then play challenges (incubator branch).

TimeS, is the new update is coming this week or next week (or later)?
I've also wanted to inquire about more production planes being added - prototypes and rare models are good and all, but the last few updates contained either those or bombers. So when can we expect the more common ones? (And new normal weapons like missiles and bombs).

TimeS, a question. What program do you use to make textures? Spceicfically, how do you draw panel lines?
If you're referring to Su-35KOS, it's more of a "FlankerDurandal".
Franlkly, I more hope for the more standard planes, like Hornet, Flagon, Mirage, Typhoon, etc.
There's been a lot of fictional, or rare planes in the latest updates.
Take a look to the field right from the large "load" button. "Test mission" will only appear if it's set to the "Mission editor" in "Map editor" or "Campaign editor" modes it will disappear.
When "Mission editor" is active press the green "Test mission" button in the upper right corner. The window will pop up slightly below, prompting you to choose a plane and SP weapons. Do so and select "start test". Your custom mission will launch. After it's over you'll be returned to the editor.
P.S. Be sure to check "run as admin" on the VT's .exe file if you're running on WinVista and above. Otherwise you may encounter mission saving issues.
The map's great. The mission is fun. Also, a great belated holiday present to those who plan recreating ACX2 campaign.
