Once more I have a question for TimeS. While I know (and happy), that VT isn't aiming at realism (and Nergal would lynch me if I wasn't), I do believe that it is aiming for authenticity. So, I've notice armament irregularities in some planes (Like Su-27S having four R-27s underwing, whereas in can only carry two). Since I do know you're busy with the main features development, I (again) humbly ask permission to assist with the development. If you allow me, I'll pick more authentic armaments (and hardpoint postions) for Su-27 family and try to improve some other aircrafts (like pick armaments for Su-25 family). You may choose not to use what I plan to add, but I do really like this game and want to help.

Still, making sure there's no conflict with other skinpacks (and, more importantly, possible future updates) is a job of a skinner, not player. It would be a sensible thing to use unique skin names in the future (by formula "Planhename_Skinname.ext" to avoid both conflict and "same name" bug).

An important advice, though. I've stubled on the similar issue myself, when I began making skins for VT. Always add the plane's name to the texture file's name (F-22A_USAF.png insead of just USAF.png), otherwise if there is at least one other texture file with the same name in another plane's folder the game will mix them up.
Didn't know that VT used other texture files, besides DDS. That's a good thing to know.

Nope, all skins are unlockable offline. You need to get 100% kill rate for each plane IIRC.

Mobius pack is done and I plan on starting on the UAF pack next. In light of this I need help of someone with a good enough knowledge of Italian language or a native speaker (Ustio has a lot of Latin\Italian toponims). The plan is to make the OC chracter names as popular culture references, but I don't want them to end up the way Russian names\surnames usually do in Hollywood movies.

I don't really hate the colours. Even made a few parody skins with Macross songstersses. But, true, I don't really know much about the series.
That would be great, you could also rip the remaining Mobius skins. It will be a great help in the future.
Loading screens are chosen on random, but if added "Mobius", following the instruction, sooner or later it will turn up.

1) Mobius 1 pack: replicas of all ISAF\Mobius AC04 aircrasfts that are currently available in VT. (Unavailable ones will be added later).
2) Ustio Air Force pack: Galm, Crow (both re-done canon and alternate versions) and original squadrons.

You've renamed executive file "VectorThrust_B.exe" in the update and now Steam bitches that it's missing the executive file.
The game works if you launch through Explorer, but Steam library and shortcuts are unusable.
MiG-29SM challenge is broken. It finishes with "mission success" 3-5 secons after the start.
A rather curious photo of Su-30SM. Take a look on the missile on the outer pylon. Either this is an incomplete R-73 dummy, or new RVV-BB (a.k.a. R-74) dummy.
Uses elements from both VF-84 and VF-103 (more from 84), and yes, it's on the F-14D instead of A.
Actually scheduled to (vaguely) near future (much like Zipang and Mobius) - the biggest problem is re-drawing the "Brave fangs" emblem.
Mobius One is guaranteed, due to my plans of "Mobius pack" (coming sometime 2014). Galm One is under consideration.
