odd, if you could post your problem on our forum there is more chance of getting it fixed

we have had a problem with the order of the shortcut

try: C:\Programme\Sierra\Homeworld2\Bin\Release\Homeworld2.exe -mod hw2bsg.0.3.1c-win.big -luatrace
instead of: C:\Programme\Sierra\Homeworld2\Bin\Release\Homeworld2.exe -luatrace -mod hw2bsg.0.3.1c-win.big
