I installed the game, the mod and the patch one after the other. I also did re-load the save twice.

Her body was not in the cage but there wasn't a backpack in there either. There was a little reticule thing that I clicked on and it ran as if the body was there. I'm not running any other mods and I've installed the latest patch too. The rest of the new content has been working fine so far.

I have a similar problem. I went through Korriban, went into the torture chamber, and the game acted as if I had found Lash's body, like in the original. I went tried going through the planet several times but the same result would happen. I also tried to play through and see if M4-78 would pop up but it wouldn't. Is that a bug or am I missing something?
