for people who cant start it you can copy the downloaded folder BF1943 to the mods folder in your BF2 after that i started bf2 -> go to community -> custom games select bf1943 and click activate.

another cool mod but i also got some feedback
i dont see textures on the japanese tank (dunno if its just me)
and in coral sea there is a airfield with helipads(helipads dont belong in ww2 setting) =-p
the last thing i noticed is that the japanese LCVP is the same as the USA one in coral sea
anyways no big deal.
