Yes you will need to have 0.7 + final to use DC_extended, it was categorised as full because it as the last version of the mod, and technically is a full minimod.
Regarding pacific fix is necessary for fixing Pacific Threat map, and the other update is for fixing weapons animations for 0.7 and extended (final does not have this problem).

The only missing thing is the menu for steam :-P, well this version is from 2001 (i think ?) so atleast works with newer half-life versions, 2.4 works too with marinebot just use 2.4 gear addon for marinebot and use 2.5 waypoints.

Firearms, a classic and good mod, its sad what happened after 3.0.

it's a first gen integrated intel hd graphics (core i3 380m) lastest drivers from samsung, happens with all classes and don't show any error log, even windowed.
