What silencers are you looking for? Some addons such as the osprey for tactical glock are unavailble at traders on purpose, you can only get them as a war trophy, that is as intended.

I looked at unpacked 2.2 files and there's "stalker_monolith_3_0.ogf", so you didn't install something correctly. rename appdata and gamedata as oldgamedata, oldappdata, or delete them completely, and replace them with the ones from the 2.2 zip.
