It is compatible with Imperial Splendour, I haven't had any luck recruiting American Units though, Only British. Certain Capitals in Imperial Splendour (Like Brandenburg) Can't recruit the Roar units because in the place of the Military building slot is a Historical building that only allows you to recruit Imperial splendour units. Not all British Roar units are available though. I was able to get some other units recruited by messing around in the Pfm. Some building names may be missing when you play the two at the same time, But It's way better IMO, Better flags, Better map and better unit assortment.
